Air Fin Cleaning

Air Fin Coolers and Air Cooled Condensers are laid out for high performance rates and need to keep the performance during their entire operating life. Every day, the equipment is exposed to environmental influences and air pollution by leafes and other particles in the air. This has an impact on the performance of the equipment.

Another effect that has been observed is the increase in performance of the fans as there is less resistance for the air when passing through the Fins. With GEA’s new Fin Tube Cleaning Device, cleaning is now possible during the full operation of the Air Cooled Condenser or Air Fin Cooler.
